Need more than 50?
Set a cap in the dashboard. Loominator opens a block only when you cross the included amount, and never opens more than you allowed.
| Cap | Emails available | Maximum bill |
|---|---|---|
| No extra blocks (default) | 50 | $5 |
| 1 block | 100 | $10 |
| 2 blocks | 150 | $15 |
| 5 blocks | 300 | $30 |
| 10 blocks | 550 | $55 |
You are told by email at 80% and 100% of the included amount, when each block opens, and when the cap is reached.
Questions
- What counts as an email?
- One inbound email accepted for processing: it reached your address from a verified sender, was not a duplicate, and your subscription was active. Reads never count. Duplicates, system mail such as forwarding confirmations, and emails held because you hit your cap are not counted. If a run fails on our side, the email is refunded.
- What happens after 50 emails?
- By default, nothing is billed: further emails are held and the API answers 429 with a Retry-After until your period renews. If you raise your cap, extra emails come in blocks of 50 for $5, up to 20 blocks a month. A block is billed in full when it opens and appears as a line on your next invoice.
- Do unused emails or blocks roll over?
- No. Included emails reset each billing period and blocks belong to the period they were opened in.
- Which emails work?
- Confirmation and itinerary emails from airlines, hotels, car rental and rail companies, cruise lines, restaurants and activity bookings, forwarded inline or as an attachment. Marketing mail and receipts without a reservation are classified as not travel and are not counted.
- How do I cancel?
- From the billing page, any time. Access continues to the end of the paid period, and any blocks already opened are billed on the final invoice.
